Commercial Real Estate Law

We are here to help guide you through the process, whether your project is big or small, we are here to take care of it for you – competently and efficiently.

Commercial Real Estate transactions feature a ton of nuts and bolts that could prove challenging to the uninitiated. As a result, it is mightily important to have Jacquie Knowles and her experienced team by your side. With them, you can trust that your commercial real estate deals will receive the attention they deserve.

“We offer big law firm experience at small law firm prices,” says Jacquie. “As with our residential real estate practice, my team has a great deal of expertise in dealing with commercial real estate matters.”

Understanding that not all real estate lawyers deal with commercial matters, Jacquie has done her best to diversify her knowledge-base. To date, Jacquie has been involved in the purchase and sale of many multi-residential apartment buildings, entire townhouse complexes, multi-use commercial properties (such as strip-malls and industrial complexes), as well as large commercial and industrial properties.

Jacquie is able to act on behalf of builders selling recently constructed homes in newly established subdivisions, as well as the conversion of commercial and residential properties into condominiums (both residential and industrial). Additionally, Jacquie has acted for clients who are involved in the development process for commercial and multi-residential purposes.

“Every commercial real estate transaction is different and presents its own set of challenges,” explains Jacquie. “We are here to help you navigate through the process and work effectively with other transaction partners, including planners and lenders.”
